Each villa has an area of 120 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as large verandas with lovely mountain views. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two singles, large balconies with mountain and sea views and another bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Each villa has central heating, a fireplace, unlimited wireless Internet access, safe in each bedroom, as well as A/C and fans and parking space.

- For your reservation we kindly request 25% deposit of the total amount of your stay
Discount for summer period:
- For low season 5% - 10% discount
- For high season up to 7% discount
The discounts depend on the number of the nights.
Cancelation policy:
Any cancellation made within:
- 1 to 21 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- departure prior to original date results in 100% charge of the stay.
